Turkey with peppers and pineapple

Ingredients
- 400 gr. of turkey filets
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 packet of strained tomatoes
- 400 gr. of pineapple cubes (in juice, not syrup)
- 1 chicken stock cube (light)
- 2 table spoons of margarine
- Chicken spices
- Curry powder
- Pepper and (salt)
Preparation
- Cut the turkey filets into ribbons, and season them with the spices. Wash the peppers, take away the seeds and cut them into pieces. Heat the margarine in a big tefal pan and fry the meat till it’s nicely brown. Add the pepper pieces and fry gently till everything is well done.
- (+/- 7 min.) Add the tomatoes, the pineapple and the stock cube. Bring to taste with other spices and let the sauce cook. Serve with a portion of rice and watercress.
